Halal
Are K Fry outlets halal?
Yes. All K Fry outlets across Malaysia are HALAL CERTIFIED. This certification reflects our commitment to providing quality food and services that meet the highest standards of Halal compliance. You can enjoy our offerings with confidence, knowing we adhere strictly to Halal guidelines and practices.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?
For hygiene and safety reasons, outside food and beverages are NOT allowed in our outlets. This helps us maintain cleanliness, quality, and a consistent dining experience.
Can I bring a cake for celebrations?
Yes. You may bring Halal-certified cakes for birthdays or special occasions. Please ensure the cake is Halal to align with our standards.
Are all menu items Halal, including sauces, marinades, desserts, and drinks?
Yes. All ingredients and menu items are Halal-certified and prepared following strict Halal-compliant processes.
Dine In Service
Do I have to make a reservation?
We recommend making a reservation to secure your table, especially during peak hours. You can visit our website and click on “Book A Table” to reserve your spot.
For weekends and Public Holidays, we advise booking a few days in advance to ensure availability.
Can I walk in even if reservations are full?
Yes. Walk-ins are accepted at all times.
Please note that during peak hours, the estimated waiting time may be 15–30 minutes, subject to table availability.
Do you cater?
While we’d love to be part of your celebration, we currently do not offer catering services. However, you may pre-order via our website for Delivery or Self Pickup.
Do you have lunch sets?
Why is the Cheesy Fried Chicken Bumbuk always sold out?
Our Cheesy Fried Chicken Bumbuk is made with fresh chicken thighs, delivered and prepared daily to ensure the highest quality and taste. We prepare only a limited number each day to maintain its freshness and consistency, which means it often sells out quickly.
This limited quantity helps us uphold the crispy, juicy, and cheesy standards that our customers love, making it one of our most popular items.
Can I celebrate a birthday at K Fry? Do you have any birthday packages?
Currently, K Fry does not offer dedicated birthday packages, promotions, or decoration services. Guests are welcome to celebrate birthdays at our outlets, and our staff will be happy to assist with small gestures such as a birthday song or adding a candle to desserts like Bingsoo upon request.
What payment methods are accepted for dine-in?
We accept e-Wallet payment from (MAE, Touch & Go & Boost) Visa and Mastercard (Credit & Debit Cards).
Do you have a private room package?
Yes! Our Private Karaoke Rooms are available exclusively at K Fry Seremban Oasis.
Available Rooms:
ChiChi Room (10–12 pax)
Minimum spend: RM500
YamYam Room (20–25 pax)
Minimum spend: RM1,000
Each package includes:
✅ Private karaoke room
✅ Food & drinks worth RM500 or RM1,000 (prices include SST and apply to the total bill)
✅ Simple decorations for celebrations are allowed
❌ Outside food & drinks are not permitted (except halal-certified cakes)
Voucher Terms:
- Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced
- Unused vouchers can be redeemed for future bookings within 3 months from issue date
- Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions
- No change will be given if the total bill is lower than the voucher value

Delivery
How do I order K Fry delivery online?
Just follow these simple steps:
- Visit www.kfry.my
- Click Order Online
- Select Delivery
- Enter your delivery address to check coverage
- Choose your items from the menu
- Checkout, make payment, and we’ll deliver!
How will I know if K Fry has received my order?
Once your order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.
If you can’t find it, please check your Spam/Junk folder or contact the outlet directly for assistance.
What should I do if my order arrives with missing items?
Please contact the outlet directly for immediate assistance, or reach out to us via our social media pages (within 2 hours response time).
We’ll arrange for the missing items to be delivered as soon as possible.
What are the delivery operating hours?
Delivery is available from 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Last Order at 9:00 PM), daily including public holidays.
Delivery hours may vary depending on the outlet.
Self Pickup
How do I collect my Self Pickup order?
Simply walk in to your selected outlet and collect your order at the cashier counter after placing a Self Pickup order via www.kfry.my.
What if I’m arriving early/late or need to change my pickup time?
You may contact the outlet directly or message us through our social media pages (within 2 hours response time).
